October outfits.

As the month of October is coming to an end I thought it would be good to sum it up. As I look back at all the outfits I notice how different they are. From casual to chic, from black and white to bright green. What do you think to them? Which one is your favourite?
As November is creeping up on us you will probably see more coats and scarves on the blog. Unless the lovely British weather decides to surprise us and provides us with a splash of sunshine every now and again! Happy November to you!

A late evening coffee date.

My friends know that I'm addicted to evening coffees. 10 o'clock at night? That's the best coffee time ever! For my late night coffee date with PJ and Russ I chose my favourite gold jumper from H&M. I know, I know, every fashionista has one of them but it's fascinating that everyone wears it in a different way. I went for a smart look with a black and white skirt. Every single one of you, my dear female friends, will find it most flattering. The black panels on the sides will make you look basically a size slimmer. And it's a good wardrobe member for formal meetings at work. One can never go wrong with monochrome!

New in. Winter ready.

Don't you just love these days when you get an e-mail saying that your parcel is going to be delivered to you? They put me in such a good mood! I can't sit still and keep on doing all sorts of cleaning and tidying just to keep myself occupied! And there it is. The glorious sound of the doorbell. I usually end up rushing downstairs with half of the make up done or missing one shoe. Nothing matters in that moment. It is crucial to get to the door in time before the courier thinks you're not in and instead of leaving your longed for items provides you with a little paper card saying 'I'm sorry I missed you'. It can be a life threatening moment but if you miss that usually bored person on the other side of the door, you have to make a trip to the depot (surprisingly, they always seem to be located right at the other end of town, don't they?) or arrange a re-delivery and go through all the drama once again. Well, I'm lucky to have fantastic friends who were known to stay in all dat just to sing for my parcel.

Today, I signed for my new items myself. What was in the box? I have been loosing sleep over the grey coat from Zara... I fell in love with it, but it was sold out on-line. They had none in the shop where I live. In London I found only one but it was size XL. I could basically make two coats out of that! Finally, they appeared on-line again so I ordered one with not a shadow of a doubt and a huge smile on my face. These boots have also been on my mind for quite a while as well. Finally, we have been re-united. And it seems that I am addicted to H&M jeans... This time I went for teal/emerald. I'm not sure which colour it is... I'm sure you'll be able to see my new wardrobe members in my outfit posts very soon! Happy Monday everyone!

Black and white 80's blazer.

Happy Sunday everyone! I haven't had a chance to introduce you to my favourite blazer ever. It's black and white - very 80's. I love it for the cut, for the fact that it has no buttons and for the off-white colour. If I struggle to find something really smart in my wardrobe, I go for it with no doubt that I will look inappropriate. To break the monochrome I popped on burgundy boots that I got recently from H&M. Despite quite a high heel, they are rather comfortable. I can wear them at work all day and my feet don't complain. This a look that you won't go wrong with at the office or just replace the simple t-shirt with something sparkly and you're ready for a dinner date! I'm off to explore a fair in my town. Hopefully, I'll spot something worth sharing with you tomorrow. Enjoy your Sunday!

Green coat.

Time to get the coats out! It's been pretty chilly lately and I dug out my green coat that I got last year during spring sales and forgot about totally. I love the buttons and the bow on it! Perfect for autumn walks, but I had to pop some the gloves on to complement 3/4 sleeves. I paired it up with black for a classic chic look. I will definitely have to wear it more that that I re-discovered it!
