Camel and cobalt.

Have you got any items in your wardrobe that you cannot live without? For me it is that embellished collar printed shirt from Zara. I've had it for over a year now and it just feels special every time I put it on. It's beginning to fall apart a little but I'm not ready to say my goodbye yet. I intend to wear it for the rest of my life, well, kind of. Camel and cobalt? I think it's a great combination to wear to girls' lunches and during rather long shopping trips! Let's get some bright colours out of our wardrobes, girls!

P.S. How do you like the new look?

a bit os spring for £1! / Happy Easter!

Is it Easter? Yay! Long weekend in progress. What are you up to? I've been spending my time off work training, daydreaming, writing and cooking so far. Looks like the sun is going to stay with us for a few days and that means a short day trip on Monday. I am officially addicted to vanilla sprinkles at Waitrose... Starbucks thinks they have vanilla sprinkles, eh? They are rubbish!

Happy Holidays everyone! I hope you'll have a good time with family and friends. Unfortunately, I'm spending this Easter apart from my lovely family but surrounded by good people. New outfit post coming tomorrow!

Lady Be

Not many people get to mess around with Terry Richardson's glasses...

I am not a great fan of pop music. I sing along to songs on the radio, but do not play them on you tube at my own convenience. If you were in last night you might have popped BBC1 on at 10:35pm to watch a documentary about Beyonce, made by Beyonce, produced by Beyonce, filmed mostly by Beyonce and acted out by Beyonce. Too much Beyonce? I don't think you can ever get too much of her, as it turns out.

The best ever photo shoot for Harper's Bazaar UK

I believe her. I totally bought that story! I might be a fool, but I really believe that she is actually speaking from her heart. It looks like she writes songs that she actually believes in! OMG how awkward. How rare! After hearing Akon's 'I'm trying to find words to describe this girl without being disrespectful, d*mn, you sexy b*tch' I lost all faith in American pop scene. B brings it back.

No make up in the Gentlewoman

She always gives a 110%. Something tells me that just 100% is never enough for B. The way she acts of stage - she acts her songs out. She's not just a singer. She's a performer. She's an artist. Beyonce is all singing, all dancing happy person. She's just soooo happy that you cannot stay miserable looking at her.  She's got all that perfect big hair, super husband, beautiful body that would make anyone green with envy. But she doesn't. Instead, she makes people around her feel warm deep inside. 'Life is but a dream' she says before she jumps off the boat on her holiday. Her life clearly seems like a dream come true. She made it happen. And she does put 'Love on top'.

Grey and neon.

We were quite lucky to shoot this outfit within the 5 min gap in gloomy cold weather! I guess my plan to scare winter away with a neon jumper is kind of working... I popped it on to brighten up a gloomy black and grey outfit. I hope you like this combination as much as I do. This outfit is just screaming for this neon clutch! They were out of stock for a while, but you can get them again now so hurry up before they are gone for good! I think I might get mine on Friday... Anyone else going shopping on bank holiday?

Inspiration. Bomber jackets.

Well, dear ladies, it does look like we cannot possibly go any further this year without owning a bomber jacket! Not that it is exactly warm enough to wear one at the moment, but we still have hope that warmer days are just round the corner. I have been swept off my feet by Sara Strand and her navy bomber jacket recently. She clearly knows how to rock a chic baseball look. Also, check out Andy Torres for some more bomber inspiration. I think I've lost count of how many bomber jackets she has! My top pick would be a vary or burgundy one. It looks like I'll be spending my Easter break shopping for a perfect bomber... carrying a hot water bottle around, no doubt! Is it the last day at work tomorrow by any chance? Yay!
